Introduction

Welcome to Greenlefe Recyclers. By using our paper waste recycling and disposal services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Agreement

1. Eligibility
   • Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
   • Businesses must be duly registered and authorized to engage in recycling activities.
2. Service Provision
   • Greenlefe Recyclers will provide paper waste recycling and disposal services as requested by the customer.
   • Services will be provided in a timely and professional manner.
3. Payment and Compensation
   • Customers will be compensated for the paper waste provided to Greenlefe Recyclers. The rate of compensation will be based on the weight and quality of the paper waste.
   • Payment will be issued within 30 days of receipt and processing of the paper waste.
4. Collection and Disposal
   • Customers must ensure that the paper waste is free of contaminants and properly sorted according to the guidelines provided by Greenlefe Recyclers.
   • Greenlefe Recyclers reserves the right to reject any paper waste that does not meet the required standards.

Customer Obligations

1. Compliance
   • Customers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to paper waste recycling and disposal.
   • Customers must not engage in any illegal or unethical practices in connection with the use of Greenlefe Recyclers’ services.
2. Accuracy of Information
   • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services from Greenlefe Recyclers.
   • Any changes to the information provided must be promptly communicated to Greenlefe Recyclers.
3. Confidentiality
   • Customers agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information received from Greenlefe Recyclers.

Greenlefe Recyclers’ Rights

1. Service Modification
   • Greenlefe Recyclers reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its services at any time without notice.
2. Termination
   • Greenlefe Recyclers reserves the right to terminate services to any customer who violates these terms and conditions or engages in conduct that is harmful to the company or its reputation.

Limitation of Liability

• Greenlefe Recyclers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
• Greenlefe Recyclers’ total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Greenlefe Recyclers operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Amendments

Greenlefe Recyclers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
